Situations We Can Assist With
- Your regular doctor has not renewed your medication in time
- You are visiting from abroad and your home-country prescription is not valid locally
- You have run out of your chronic medication while traveling
- You misplaced your prescription or medication
- You require continuation of treatment for a stable, previously diagnosed condition
Through a brief teleconsultation, Dr. Andoni evaluates each case individually before issuing any prescription. All treatments must be medically justified and are prescribed at the doctor's professional discretion, always prioritizing patient safety and compliance with local regulations.
Please note that controlled medications cannot be prescribed via telemedicine and require an in-person medical evaluation in accordance with regulations.
Sick Leave Consultation Service
This service allows patients to obtain a medical evaluation and, when medically justified, an official sick leave certificate due to health-related conditions. Consultations can be arranged either as a home visit or through teleconsultation. Previous medical reports may be provided if available.
Please note that sick leave certificates are subject to DHA fees; therefore, an additional AED 100 fee applies for this service.
